Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart. - Steve Jobs

Manoa Falls Trail

Jake & I got up at 6:30am on our last day to hike the Manoa Falls Trail. I pretty sure I donated enough blood on this trail to supply an elephant.
The trail was a mile up and was pretty easy to hike most of the way. The biggest issue was the mud was really slippery & so were the rocks. Here we have some stairs.

It was hard to get a good picture because there were so many trees that the light couldn't get in.

...more stairs...

It took us about 30 minutes to reach the top. We were booking it though cuz we had to get back & get checked out of our hotel by 10am.

The falls were pretty, but the hike up to the falls was the best part. I've never been surrounded by so much green. The pictures don't even begin to justify the scenary we were surrounded by.

..more stairs..

This is the view at the bottom of the trail.
In case you didn't know, this tree is hard.
